Josh and Michael did a LOT of work for me and I have been very pleased with the work. They started with a kitchen that had been stripped down to the studs and continued with an upper level of the house. They were very impressed with the construction of the house and respectful of my wishes. If something was not feasible, they explained exactly why it would not work. They were patient when I needed to rearrange the schedule so I could take care of my personal business. They were trustworthy and I often left my house while they stayed to work. I never had a concern while Josh and Michael were here. I will definitely call on them again when I am ready to continue with more home projects.- Rambo P. 8/22/2019![]()
Josh and Mike did a wonderfull job gutting and renovating our bathroom. Our bathroom was small old and I really hated going in there. This job was a task! they ran into several problem with clogged lines and electrical problems. They took the time to fixed all our problems. Now we have a new spa like bathroom that we just love!💖 we will be getting Josh and Mike from now on. They are warm and kind people, Who enjoy helping others inprove the look of their home. Josh has done so many renovations for me : He is reliable, fair, gives accurate estimates, honors his contracts he is timely does a fantastic job, he did our bathroom floor tile -laid on a diagonal-a really nice feature, beautiful job. A marble subway tile backsplash in my kitchen- really nice! He had to “jack” my house up where the home was sagging, remove old sliding doors to build a spacious “workout room with beautiful custom windows with cornices; and custom shelves. He built a custom shed to match my house 10x12 ft with custom shelves to fit large storage bins, Christmas decorations hooks to hang my wreaths -such attention to detail! He has done laminate wood flooring in 3 rooms just beautiful . His last job was to trim out my kitchen & dining room white walls and wide black trim -showed a photo in magazine & now it’s in my house to match my black kitchen cabinets and white marble backsplash -really nice. Josh & Mike rebuilt our dilapidated seawall on Lake Greenwood. They did an absolute amazing job! Top notch craftsmanship, honest, hard-working and committed to getting the job done right. Josh and Mike did a tremendous job renovating our old "blue" bathroom in April of 2018. The demo was quick and neat and the work of repairing walls, subfloor and issues in the crawlspace below were handled professionally with a can-do attitude. The finished product exceeded our expectations and was delivered on time/budget. Communication regarding specs and materials was good, and the job site was kept clean and free of debris. We have an older house, built in the 30s, and needed several cosmetic repairs as well as a few structural changes. He repaired some water damage for us, relocated a door, and did some electrical work. Josh was very considerate of my small children, did clean fast work that we are very happy with. We were very pleased that he accepted the job and was able to start right away and he worked until the job was finished.
